Yes, but as you know I missed my little dog and she was there waiting for me when I got in and she was so excited. All is very well and I can now relax after the driving course. I would just like to say how pleased my husband is now that I have passed the test and this will help him out quite a lot with travelling to and from the hospital every day. I can drive! I know I couldn't have done this without your help Neil so thank you again.

Lauren came to us in 2009 for a 5-day course. She had taken 3 tests elsewhere that were not successful after nearly 3 years of learning to drive. Lauren was about to give up but was told by a friend that an intensive residential course could maybe work better for her. How right she was. Lauren had quite a few problems with her manoeuvres but we soon sorted them out with repetition

I really thought my learning to drive days were over after taking 5 tests before I came to your driving school in Derbyshire. I think you must have nerves of steel with putting up with me for all those hours. Yes, no problem Neil, you can use my letter as a testimonial with pleasure. Anne passed her test with us in 2010. She enrolled on a 4-day course, had a break of 2 weeks and then took the test after a short half-day programme so as to refresh her newfound skills. Anne had problems with just about everything: controlling the car, manoeuvres, nervousness and her steering was dangerous to say the least. How she managed to safely get through 5 tests before was a miracle and Anne knew this!

Henry Wells - Hertford. Thanks Neil. Had a smashing time with you up there in The Peak District and I passed as well. Your specialised training programmes certainly worked for me and I enjoyed the challenge. I would certainly recommend this way of doing the learning stuff with a driving test at the end. Can't fault it. The accommodation was great and I thoroughly enjoyed Pete's cake as a fill in. Will be getting in touch about pass plus for sure. It's absolutely brilliant to be mobile again and say hello to Penny for me, her service was a fantastic boost.

Henry passed his test with us in 2011. He enrolled on a full training course of 9 days duration that was broken into 2 parts (7 + 2). He also had hypnotherapy to help with nerves. Henry lost his left leg in a motorcycle accident a few years ago and this driving course with a pass has boosted his confidence.

Catherine O'Brien - Liverpool. Many thanks Neil for getting Catherine through her test. Both my wife and myself knew she could do this and we obviously made the correct decision to choose your school through recommendation. The new licence entitlement will now mean we don't have to ferry Catherine around on her nights out and she can also commute back and forth to Uni'. The dates you have suggested for the pass plus are fine. Can Catherine do this in her new car? We have recommended Driving Test Doctors UK to all Catherine's friends and colleagues and some of which have similar problems.

Catherine's father did all the booking and arrangements for this programme. She had taken 3 tests before close to home with another intensive course school but they failed to get her through the test. When we first encountered her driving Catherine had many minor faults together with a very serious one of which she was not aware: Catherine sometimes used her left foot to brake so as to slow down! The total number of days training with Catherine had to be 4 in all because she had quite a few bad habits (not surprising really with how she had been taught). Catherine previously had 16 days of tuition elsewhere broken into 3 parts. What a waste of time, money and test fees!

The whole process of booking the driving course, through to arriving at the accommodation and the training syllabus you laid out for me was superb. The intensive residential approach was unquestionably the way forward for me to go and learning with repetition you achieve your goal so very much quicker and at a lesser expense. Your training syllabus was very clear and precise. This is what I have been used to throughout my demanding career and the schedule applied was perfect for my needs. Sorry, the pass plus will have to be shelved for now - off to Germany for 3 months. Will send you a Christmas card.

Callum learned to fly in the RAF before attaining his driving licence in 2010! He enrolled on a full course of 9 days and took the test in his own car back in Lincolnshire the following week. His test had to be cancelled at the last minute (by him) because he had to report back for "duty" early on the last day of his driving course. However, he managed to get another test slot in Lincolnshire and I was confident he would pass without any problems. I got the Christmas card!
