Penny can offer the learner driver some welcoming help and assistance. This can be especially so when they are experiencing an excessive and difficult time with nerves and fearfulness while training for the full driving licence entitlement. One major obstacle for a growing number of students is the test it’s self, while others have problems with the driving lessons in general and find each module to be presented a very stressful task indeed. Nervousness is very normal and should be considered a natural phenomenon for safe progression of the training syllabus (to some small degree anyway). However, it very often escalates (unwelcomingly at the wrong time) and gets the better of us and we then present our self as a complete shimmering wreck. This wasted energy clouds our positive judgement on what should be a pleasing and productive driving session with the learner-driver tutor but things inevitably go contrary and often in full reverse! Then on the big day (as if we didn’t know it was going to be somewhat traumatic anyway) your nervousness is transitioned on to the important test period with the driving examiner and with the inevitable consequence of failure. But, help is at hand. If you are willing to work in co-ordination with your professional tutor and personal hypnotherapist to complement success, then we may be able to assist you feel better and be safer about the whole experience.

The therapy sessions are held while you are participating on the course and usually straight after a tuition module (this helps you relax just when you possibly start to need it).

Your tutor will not be present during the hypnotherapy.

Your rehabilitation course with hypnotherapy can be booked by completing our standard application form and making a clear note you require this service.

If you have a full driving licence and require this service for reasons of accident and/or lacking confidence, etc, then we will be pleased to hear from you. Passenger anxiety is also welcome on a special programme.

The hypnotherapy service will be complimentary to the programme you have booked and full costs are available on request.
